Our Practice


Gastroenterology associates was formed in 1985 by Dr. Purnachandar Bikkasani with the primary mission of providing excellent gastroenterology services to the citizens of Citrus County. Since then, we have grown to a 9 Physician/3 Advanced Practice Provider group dispensing comprehensive gastroenterology services to our residents.​

Our Physicians are all Board Certified in Gastroenterology and provide care in all GI aspects.  We use state of the art instruments and techniques with the goal of providing cost-effective and quality care.
